Haven Yoga Studio is proud to offer a children's Yoga Mini Retreat these school holidays - Wednesday 13 January. Our Mini Retreat "I am Loved" is specially designed for school aged children.  We value having fun while deepening connections with themselves and each other.  We believe that children can be empowered to experience simple self-care practices, helping them to discover ways to support their own wellbeing as they grow. :: Our Haven Kids Yoga Mini Retreat will include :: * Yoga games, Breath awareness & calming strategies * The importance of self-care and self-love * Healthy snack included * Take home gift for each child :: Event Details and Investment :: ~ Wednesday 13 January ~ 1:30pm - 3pm Limited spaces are available for this special event.  Open to all primary school aged children.
