Our Mini Retreat is specially designed for children from 5 - 14 years.  We value having fun while deepening connections with themselves and each other.  We believe that children can be empowered to experience simple self-care practices, helping them to discover ways to support their own wellbeing as they grow. :: Our Haven Kids Yoga Mini Retreat will include :: * Yoga movements, Breath awareness & calming strategies  * Exploring simple origami techniques with artwork to take home * Healthy snack included :: Event Details and Investment :: ~ Tuesday 6 July ~ 1:30pm - 3pm Limited spaces are available for this special event.  Open to all children from 5 - 14 years.
