Haven Yoga Studio is proud to offer a children's Yoga Mini Retreat these school holidays - Tuesday 13th April. Our Mini Retreat is specially designed for children from 5 - 14 years.  We value having fun while deepening connections with themselves and each other.  We believe that children can be empowered to experience simple self-care practices, helping them to discover ways to support their own wellbeing as they grow. :: Our Haven Kids Yoga Mini Retreat will include :: * Yoga movements, Breath awareness & calming strategies  * Exploring crystals and creating a piece of jewellery to take home * Healthy snack included :: Event Details and Investment :: ~ Tuesday 13 April ~ 1:30pm - 3pm Limited spaces are available for this special event.  Open to all children from 5 - 14 years.
